Beware ! A lot of these are defective and they will not do returns or refunds ! I just got screwed out of mine. Battery is not holding charge. Only turns on for 5 seconds than turns off. Very disappointing because I’ve bought one of these in the past and it worked for a while so I decided to go with the same brand but this one was defective and they are refusing me of any refund or replacement. Bad service and will not buy again..

Remote does not work at all
Completely false advertising! Don't waste your money. The remote seems to be a totally unusable object- even tried to unscrew it to see if I could put a battery in it to no avail.

Awesome but faulty
I have had 3 of these because they're freaking great but definitely have flaws. The charging cable is a weird length and 2 of them have failed on me, but because of the weird length I didn't have anything else to charge it with. I have looked for other chargers to fit it but no dice. Of the 3 I've had:2 charging cords failed.2 had to sit in perfect position to charge correctly. One to an extremely annoying degree, like seriously I had to basically hold it in place the whole time.And 1 the motor burned out after less than 6 months.Super strong and good size. I really do enjoy them but for the amount of product failures and the price it's hard to justify. The ones with the charging issues were the black ones, so I then bought the blue one thinking it might be slightly different. The blue one is the one that burned out. When I emailed the customer service email I got a response saying that I had emailed bang energy drink company..... So that was fun.

Wow
Wow this thing is amazing got it out of the package washed it up put lube on and slipped it in gave wife the remote and let’s just say we had a lot of fun made me feel really good and when we finished I kinda forgot about it for a couple hours until wife hit the power button again and we had more fun them

Doesn’t Charge
Broke within the first day after the first charge, no longer holds battery at all. Incredibly disappointing and there is no return policy. I usually really like this company but this experience was awful.
